Nuno Santo jostles Jose Mourinho to coach Chelsea!
Chelsea club management is still looking for a new coach to succeed Graham Potter, who was dismissed recently, due to the unsatisfactory results achieved by the blue team under his leadership, so that the Portuguese coach Nuno Santo entered the list of candidates.
Santo was leading the Wolverhampton and Tottenham teams in the English Premier League, before he took over Al-Ittihad training at the start of the current season, as the team leads the Roshen Professional League standings during the current time.
And the newspaper “relevo” indicated that Chelsea had already communicated during the past week with Portuguese duo Nuno Santo and Jose Mourinho, the Italian coach of Rome.
The newspaper added that Chelsea wants to hire a coach who is fluent in Portuguese or Spanish, so that he can communicate with the team’s players, as he has Joao Felix and Thiago Silva who speak Portuguese, along with Mark Cucurella, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Enzo Fernandez and Cesar Azpilicueta who speak Spanish.
Chelsea aims to sign Spaniard Luis Enrique, who is currently in London, or German Julian Nagelsmann, former Bayern Munich coach, in order to lead the Blues at the start of next season, as Frank Lampard will currently lead him until the end of the season on a temporary basis.
