Guardiola comments on the Walker crisis: We will solve the issue internally!
Pep Guardiola knows how to defend his stars!
Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola confirmed that the recent crisis of Kyle Walker, the back of the team, will be dealt with internally and will not be commented on publicly.
“This is a personal matter, and we will resolve it internally,” Guardiola said in remarks reported by the BBC. “This is not the right place to discuss personal matters.”
He added, when asked about advice for young players: “They know very well that when you open the door of your house, you have to know that you will be photographed no matter what you do. This is part of society.”
The player was subjected to many criticisms after the spread of a video clip of a person who was said to be Walker, and he was doing immoral acts in general.
Manchester City and the player’s lawyer refused to comment on the matter, although the police issued a statement explaining their awareness of the existence of the circulating video clip, but did not reveal any kind of arrests.
