Luciano Spalletti, coach of the Napoli team, won the award for best coach in January of the Italian League 2022-2023.

The award was also won by Roma coach Jose Mourinho in August 2022, Udinese coach Andrea Sutil in September 2022, and Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri in November 2022.
Napoli leads the standings with 53 points after 20 rounds, 13 points ahead of Inter II.
