Juventus Announces Sale of Player to Nottingham Forest

Juventus announced on Saturday the sale of young full-back Nicolo Savona to Nottingham Forest.
“Niccolò Savona’s journey with Juventus has come to an end, with the defender completing his permanent transfer to Nottingham Forest,” the club said in a statement.
“The 22-year-old player grew up in the Juventus Academy, where he experienced various levels within the youth teams.”
The statement noted, “With the 2022-23 season, he was promoted to Next Gen, where he made 61 appearances over two seasons, scoring two goals and providing five assists.”
“Last season, Savona joined the Juventus first team, appearing in 40 matches for the Bianconeri, scoring two goals, the first of which came in his first start away to Hellas Verona.”
“The young talent, honed by the club, is now beginning a new chapter in his football career outside of Italy.”
Juventus concluded the statement with a message to the player, saying, “Thank you for everything, and we wish you the best for the future, Nicolo.”
