Real Madrid announces the departure of Youssef Lakhdim

Real Madrid officially announced on Wednesday the departure of its Moroccan player Youssef Lakhdim, a month before the start of the new season.
Real Madrid issued an official statement confirming Lakhdim’s transfer to Deportivo Alavés during the current summer transfer window.
Real Madrid concluded its statement by thanking Youssef Lakhdim for his work, commitment, and dedication during his time at the club, and wished him and his family all the best in this new stage of his life.
Lakhdim joined Real Madrid in 2017 at the age of eleven and played in the club’s youth teams until joining Castilla last season.
Youssef Lakhdim was included in Real Madrid’s squad for the Club World Cup, after coach Xabi Alonso decided to send him with the team to the United States.
