“There is no place for gangs in football.” Chevrin opens fire on Real Madrid and Barcelona!

Aleksander Ceferin has been re-elected as the president of UEFA, being the only candidate as he will remain president of Europe’s largest football governing body until 2027 by acclamation.

During the (UEFA) conference in Lisbon this morning, Wednesday, Chevrin spoke forcefully, threatening the “Super League” project, which is being adopted by Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus.

Ceferin said after winning the elections: “Football does not belong to anyone, in fact it belongs to all of us. The public interest must be above the individual interest of three clubs.”

He added, “Those who promoted this project say they want to save football. The idea of the ‘Super League’ has become like a story – Little Red Riding Hood. It’s a wolf disguised as a grandmother. Who are they kidding? They are ‘cartels’ who want to put themselves above merit.” Democracy to win money.

It is noteworthy that the Slovenian lawyer attacked Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus in his latest press interviews, claiming that they represent a great danger to football.
