The Premier League’s Biggest Spending Clubs in the 2025 Transfer Market

The 2025 Premier League summer transfer window concluded with massive deals, bringing total spending to £3.13 billion, while sales reached approximately £1.71 billion, marking another exceptional season in the Premier League’s transfer history.
Liverpool topped the list of top spending clubs with £442 million. The club concluded a historic deal by signing Swedish striker Alexander Isak for £125 million, while the most notable departure was the sale of Luis Diaz for £65.5 million.
Chelsea came in second place with £276.1 million, while Arsenal came in third with £263 million.
Newcastle United came in fourth place with a total spending of £252.6 million, and Manchester United came in fifth with £282.6 million.
Tottenham came in seventh place with a spending of £174.3 million, while Manchester City came in ninth with a spending of £149.6 million.
