Mbappe: This time I won in Lusail

French star Kylian Mbappe, Real Madrid’s star, expressed his overwhelming happiness with the 3-0 victory over Mexican Pachuca, last night, Wednesday, in the Intercontinental Cup final, at Lusail Stadium, in the Qatari capital, Doha.

Mbappe posted on his official personal account on the social networking site “Instagram” a picture of himself holding the cup, commenting: “The Intercontinental Cup returns to Madrid. The second title this season.”

He added: “This time I won at Lusail Stadium. Long live Madrid.”

It is worth noting that two years ago, on the same day, December 18, at Lusail Stadium, Mbappe lost the World Cup final with his country’s national team, France, against Argentina on penalties.

Mbappe led Real Madrid to win the Intercontinental Cup, scoring the first goal for the Merengue in the 37th minute.
