The countdown has begun for the remaining days until Frenchman Kylian Mbappe is announced as an official player for Real Madrid, and things are closer than ever before.

French journalist Fabrice Hawkins of the RMC Sport network anticipated events and mentioned the confirmed date for Real Madrid to announce the deal.

Hawkins said that the deal will be announced within the next Monday or Tuesday after Real Madrid finishes the Champions League final match.

Some sources had indicated that Real Madrid players did not want to announce the Mbappe deal during Mbappe’s tenure as it would not distract the team’s focus before the important match against Borussia Dortmund at Wembley Stadium.

Mbappe also had one final title with Paris Saint-Germain, which was the French Cup final, in which he won his last title with Paris Saint-Germain after beating Lyon 2-1.
