Guardiola’s dominance in the derby embarrasses former Man City coaches

Manchester City tightened its grip on the Manchester derby by defeating Manchester United again (3-1) today, Sunday, in the 27th round of the English Premier League.

Man City achieved victory over the Red Devils for the second time this season, after beating them at Old Trafford 3-0 in the first round.

According to the “Squaka” network, City coach Pep Guardiola was able to win back and forth over United for the third time since his arrival at Etihad Stadium.

In doing so, the Spanish coach was able to equal all Man City coaches combined in this regard.

This was achieved in the 2018-2019, 2021-2022 and 2023-2024 seasons.

It is noteworthy that the victory raised Manchester City’s tally to 62 points, one point ahead of Liverpool, the leaders, before the two teams clash in the next round.
